Request for Information - Planning & Exercise Technical Assistance

Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide specialized technical assistance across multiple functional areas including:

2. Plan Validation & Exercise Design: Implementing high-fidelity exercise programs that test and validate FEMA’s operational readiness.
3. Training & Professional Development: Creating training programs and instructional materials for FEMA’s workforce and external stakeholders.
4. Data & Geospatial Analytics: Integrating advanced analytics to improve situational awareness and decision-making.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Enhancing interoperability between federal, state, and local response agencies for coordinated efforts.
6. IT Support & Technology Evaluation: Providing advisory services on emerging technologies and IT systems.
7. Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to federal standards including NIMS, HSEEP, Section 508 Accessibility Standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
