Request for Information for Fairchild Helo Maintenance.

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking industry feedback on a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Fairchild Air Force Base (AFB) Helicopter Maintenance task order.
The goal of this contract is to provide non-personal services in support of USAF Rotary Wing aircraft maintenance and support services, ensuring operational readiness and effective mission execution.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide trained personnel to meet all PWS requirements, responsible for organizational maintenance production and certain specified intermediate maintenance in accordance with applicable technical data, Air Force Instructions (AFI), Manuals, and Technical Orders (TO).
Key tasks include:
1. Provide maintenance support for four UH-1N aircraft for the USAF Survival School, including support for various training exercises across multiple locations.
2. Conduct safe and efficient sortie production for assigned helicopters.
3. Ensure quality control processes are integrated into every aspect of aircraft maintenance.
4. Perform Functional Check Flights (FCF), Operational Check Flights (OCF), and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC).
5. Manage Government Furnished Property, Equipment, and Services effectively.
6. Establish a proactive safety program compliant with OSHA standards.
7. Implement an Environmental Management System to minimize environmental impact during operations.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on August 1, 2024, with ongoing performance as required by the operational needs of the USAF.
