Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, through its Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, is seeking to replace and repair existing PVI water heaters at FCI Florence, Colorado. The goal of this contract is to ensure consistency across models for warranty, replacement parts, and training purposes. Currently, FCI Florence has four existing PVI water heaters that require repairs along with the procurement of two new units.

Work Details
The contractor will provide parts to replace and repair damages to the existing PVI water heaters and supply two new PVI water heaters as per the Statement of Specifications (SOS). The specific items include:

1. **PVI Turbopower® 96 Gas Condensing Water Heater**
- Quantity: 2 EA
- Performance: 1000 MBH Input, 300 Gal. Storage, 96% thermal efficiency
- Pressure Vessel: AquaPLEX® tank (duplex stainless steel), ASME rated T&P relief valve
- Heat Exchanger: AquaPLEX® combustion chamber and copper fire tubes
- Included Options: Condensate neutralization system, Factory authorized startup
- Excluded: Piping Specialties, Combustion Air Ductwork, Exhaust Flue

2. **PVI Burner Rebuild**
- Quantity: 2 EA
- Includes necessary parts for repairing two water heater heat exchangers.

3. **Water Conditioning Units**
- Quantity: 6 EA
- Features: AquaSolve Anti-Scaling System capable of handling up to 75 GPM without salt or chemicals.
- Replacement media included (Qty. 2) for high performance scale control certified by WQA to NSF/ANSI standard 61.
