Replace the toilets at B946, Camp Carroll, Korea (Amendment 0001)

Background
The contract is issued by the Department of Defense for the purpose of replacing toilets at B946, Camp Carroll, Korea.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facilities meet current standards and provide necessary amenities for personnel stationed at the location.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work as indicated in the drawings and specifications.

The specific tasks include:
1. Replace 4 toilet Comby units with lavatories on concrete walls, including necessary plumbing accessories, flush valves, and water supply lines using US origin materials or equal products.
2. Install 4 gate valves for flush valve replacement.
3. Replace 4 security mirrors on concrete walls with similar products currently installed.
4. Paint interior walls with latex paint (2 coats), including preparation and caulking.
5. Paint gypsum board ceilings (2 coats), including preparation and caulking.
6. Paint metal window frames with alkyd enamel (2 coats), including preparation and anti-corrosive primer.
7. Paint metal doors with frames using alkyd enamel (2 coats), including preparation and anti-corrosive primer.
8. Replace toggle switch covers (3 single type and 2 triple type).
9. Replace a water closet with a wall-mounted type including caulking on ceramic tile walls.

Period of Performance
The performance period shall be 150 calendar days, which includes 120 days allocated for procurement of US origin materials after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
