Replace Cooling Towers, FCI Manchester, KY   2

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution Manchester, Kentucky intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, services, and incidentals required to install (2) two each BOP provided Baltimore Aircoil Cooling Tower Assemblies Model 15350-2, piping, and electrical components onto the existing concrete piers. The contract also includes demolition, removal and disposal of the existing cooling towers, less foundations and piers. Both cooling tower units are standalone assemblies mounted on a shared pad and pier base of reinforced concrete construction. The area is accessible with multiple access points, permitting easy access to move big equipment.

The existing cooling towers were installed in 2005. The cooling towers are located at 805 Fox Hollow Road, Manchester, Kentucky 40962.

Work Details
Contractor shall verify all dimensions, field measurements, and details on site prior to bidding and construction and shall assume complete responsibility for accuracy of same. Refer to enclosed SOW reference drawings, showing Cooling Tower Assemblies with this contract.
