The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort to Replace AHU6-10 and Hydronic Piping at the Memphis ARTCC located at 3229 Democrat Road, Memphis, TN.

The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $19.00 million. This requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses.

The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional.

The price range for this requirement is $800,000.00 to $1,500,000.00

Payment and Performance Bonds are required.
