Repair Stern Boat Fender Assembly (Rubber Fender)

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Naval Supply System Support for the procurement of a Stern Boat Fender Assembly in support of SRF Japan. The goal of this contract is to acquire rubber fenders that meet specific technical requirements for use in naval operations. This acquisition is a total small business set aside, emphasizing the agency's commitment to supporting small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide two types of rubber fenders:

1) D-shaped fender with dimensions 10" width x 10" height, made from EPDM material.

2) D-shaped fender with dimensions 8" width x 8" height, also made from EPDM material.

Each type must meet the following specifications:
- Material: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene-Diene-Monomer)
- Durometer: 70±5 Shore 'A' scale
- FOB: Origin (Shipping Point)
- Inspection and acceptance will occur at destination by the Government.

The requested delivery schedule requires all items to be shipped within 30 days after receipt of offer. Special order items with longer lead times will be evaluated on an individual basis considering customer needs. Offerors must submit a quote detailing what they are bidding, including company letterhead.

The contract will be performed at the Naval Supply Facility located in Bremerton, WA.
