Repair Roofs, Bldgs. 860, 462, 463 at NAS Lemoore, CA   2

For Bldgs. 860 (Admin Galley), 462 (Transmitter Building) and 463 (Generator Facility), provide a comprehensive roof repair to fix and correct cause of the leaks and repair all soffit and roof surface cracks at deteriorated and damaged locations. Replace and provide new metal freeze edge or metal trim/flashing. Inspect all roof penetrations; investigate/fix any roofing water leak issues, roof tie in points, wall tie in to existing roof locations, rain water gutters (if there are any), all penetration, flashing and joints, and any other suspect roof leak/water penetration areas shall be repaired. Provide new built up material by installing a cold spray-on applied roofing membrane system over entire existing roof, vertical and under soffit surfaces.

For Bldg. 860, diagnose & determine water leak at East and West side of building. Repair as per findings/recommendations of diagnosis.
