"Repair HVAC & Chill Water System at U.S. Coast Guard Station Crisfield, MD"

Introduction. The United States Coast Guard has a requirement to obtain services, materials, labor, and equipment to install GFE and repair HVAC Chill Water system at USCG Station Crisfield, Maryland. Work will commence upon receipt of GFE. Anticipated delivery date of GFE is 01 August 2023 as per the Statement of Work (SOW).

Place of Performance. USCG Station Crisfield, 810 Norris Harbor Dr. Crisfield, Maryland 21817

Site Visits. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify all units/areas that are to be assessed. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with MK1 Orlando Vazquez by phone at 443-944-6728 or by email at Orlando.Vazquez@uscg.mil. Site visits shall be scheduled on Monday, June 26, 2023 Friday, June 30, 2023.

Questions. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Wednesday, July 7th, 2023 at Noon EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG.

Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Quote Submission. The deadline for quotes submission is Friday, July 21st, 2023 at Noon (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer.

Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
