Solicitation FA4620-15-T-A093 is issued as a request for quotations. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310. The small business size standard is $7,500,000.00. This solicitation is Small Business set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Unit Small Business Professional is Michael P. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for Repair of Hangar Doors, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1).
A site visit will be conducted on 15 Sep 15 at 0900L. Submit the names of all attendees to SSgt Charles McAvoy, charles.mcavoy@us.af.mil prior to 14 Sep 15 at 1200 to assure base access.
To assure timely and equitable evaluation of the quote(s), the offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. The quote(s) must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation.
The response shall consist of two (2) separate parts; Part I Price Proposal comprised of completed SF1449; Part II Completed and signed amendments to the solicitation (if any).
The CLIN structure, quantities and units of measure, delivery dates/periods of performance, places of delivery/service, and acceptance and FOB are listed in the attached 1449. All provisions and clauses including 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212- 5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items are listed in the attached 1449.
The Contracting Officer (CO) has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the CO will review this determination and if, in the CO's opinion, adequate price competition exists, no additional cost information will be requested and certification under FAR 15.406-2 will not be required. However, if at any time during this competition the CO determines that adequate price competition no longer exists offerors may be required to submit information other than cost or pricing data to support a determination of price reasonableness.
