Repair Campbell Grinding Machine

Background
The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is seeking repair services for its Campbell Grinding Machine, which is essential for daily operations. The machine has failed a recent preventive maintenance inspection, and in-house personnel are unable to perform the necessary repairs due to the proprietary data required for parts installation.

The goal of this contract is to restore the grinding machine to its original manufacturer's specifications and full operational capability.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other non-personal services necessary to repair, assemble, test, and commission the Grinding Machine to OEM specifications. Specific tasks include:
1. Inspecting and repairing the dynamometer to full operational capability if repairable.
2. Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure compliance with performance standards.
3. Providing initial and final inspections along with test reports for review by CCAD's Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
4. Ensuring all work is performed on-site at CCAD in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor must be a certified Campbell Grinding Machine repair facility with at least five years of experience in repairing such machines.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract shall be a maximum of six months, including travel time to and from the repair facility.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed on-site at the Corpus Christi Army Depot located in Corpus Christi, TX.
