Repair 195 OG B21 Roof   4

The purpose of this project is to replace the entire roof on Building #21 located on the Sepulveda Air National Guard Station. All roofing materials are to be installed and applied per manufacturer's specifications and instructions. The intent of the project is to replace the existing built-up roof (BUR) with an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) roofing system.

17 Aug 23 (Amendment 0001) - This amendment provides the government's responses to Request for Information received, update the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) Wage Determination, replace the Statement of Work dated 18 Apr 23 in its entirety with the attached SOW dated 17 Aug 23, and incorporate Attachment 4 - As-Built Drawings dated 5 Jul 94.

21 Aug 23 (Amendment 0002) - This amendment provides the government's response to question(s) and answer(s) received, replaces the Statement of Work dated 17 Aug 23 in its entirety with the SOW dated 21 Aug 23, add the Slope Layout sheet to Attachment 3 Building 21 Roof Plan, and update the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) Wage Determination.

22 Aug 23 (Amendment 0003) - This amendment provides the government's response to questions received in response to the solicitation, see Q&As 18 to 21.
