Andersen Air Force Base, Guam has a design-build construction requirement to renovate CRS Building 22007

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The contractor shall upgrade the fire protection system to match code and provide miscellaneous renovations to the facility to adapt it better for the current occupants. This work will include reconfiguring the fire suppression and HVAC as well as upgrading the fire notification. This work also includes demolition and construction of interior partitions, painting, and replacement of a roll up door. Minor masonry and electrical work is required as well.

TENTATIVE DATE OF ISSUE:

The solicitation number for this acquisition will be FA524022R0010 and will be available for retrieval at beta.sam.gov once posted on or about 3 May 2022.

RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS:

This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

Available planning documentation will be provided in the solicitation. A pre-proposal site visit will be advertised in the solicitation.
