Background
The contract is set aside for small business MACC contractors holders. The project is to renovate Building 164 at Naval Support Facility, Indian Head, MD. The solicitation was issued by NAVFAC Washington.

Work Details
The work includes reconfiguring the high-bay space, adding structural/floor decks, and providing administrative space, circulation, mechanical and electrical closets, and toilet facilities.
The renovation will also involve protecting the B154/B164 parking lot with a temporary construction fence.
The estimated budget for the project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Navy Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head, Maryland.
