This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal or quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks for portable toilets, grease traps unit, septic tanks and lift stations located Osan Air Base, Korea as defined in this Performance Work Statement.

Background
Osan Air Base rests on the mid-western coastline facing the Yellow Sea. As such it is subjected to various weather conditions that can range from heavy sea effect snows in the winter to persistent monsoon rain in the summer.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks for portable toilets, grease traps unit, septic tanks and lift stations located Osan Air Base, Korea as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

The Contractor shall not employ persons for work on this contract if such employees are identified to the Contractor by the KO as potential threats to the health, safety, security, general well-being or operational mission of the installations and their population. Contractor personnel shall present a professional appearance and be easily recognized as Contractor employees. Employees shall have a uniform with name tag identifying the employee and the company.
