Remotely Piloted Aircraft and High Altitude ISR Support for ACC A5I

Background
The Limited Source Justification is being posted in accordance with 8.405-6 (a) (2) (i). The acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program. The requiring activity is the Air Combat Command ACC/A8H RQ-4 located at Hampton, Virginia. The contracting activity is the GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Acquisition and Procurement Center of Excellence (APEX) Army, Sector 3 (QFAC).

Work Details
The action being approved is a modification to extend the period of performance for the Department of Defense (DoD) Remotely Piloted Aircraft and High-Altitude Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Support for the Air Combat Command Requirements Directorate (ACC A5I) Global Hawk firm-fixed priced Task Order 47QFMA19F0007 awarded under the General Dynamics Information Technology, INC (GDIT) GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) contract GS00F057CA. The contractor provides technical, operational, and programmatic services to implement and sustain new and existing applications, and processes in support of the requirements of the RPA and High-Altitude ISR modernization. The support includes management and professional services to direct the initiative and provide information to support business decisions. The extension of the current task order by ten months until 28 November 2024 will ensure that ACC experiences no lapse in services while the new requirement is competed on a competitive basis.
