The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Contracting Division-Professional Services (CD-PS) is soliciting proposals for the Remote Health Readiness Program-4 contract to provide medical and dental readiness services to the military Service Components of the Reserve Components, Active Components enrolled in TRICARE Prime Remote, DoD Service Civilians, and members of the Department of Homeland Security.

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is soliciting proposals for the Remote Health Readiness Program-4 (RHRP-4) contract to provide medical and dental readiness services to military Service Components of the Reserve Components, Active Components enrolled in TRICARE Prime Remote, DoD Service Civilians, and members of the Department of Homeland Security.

The RHRP supports the DoD Individual Medical Readiness Program by promoting and sustaining a medically ready force throughout military operations and deployments. This program has been a recurring requirement since 2001, with previous iterations including RHRP-I, RHRP-II, and RHRP-3.

Work Details
The contractor will provide non-personal services including:

- Medical and dental readiness services
- Deployment readiness medical services
- Physical exams (accession, retention, occupational health, specialty)
- Assessments
- Laboratory services
- Diagnostics
- Audiology services
- Optometry services
- Immunizations
- Dental exams
- Dental treatment.

Services will be provided in the United States (including all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) and may extend to OCONUS locations such as Germany and Japan. The contractor must establish a network of credentialed providers across necessary practice areas for on-demand service delivery through Group Events, In-Clinic appointments, and Virtual Health modalities. Additionally, the contractor must maintain an electronic scheduling capability for service requests.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance begins with a transition-in period not exceeding 9 months followed by a base period of 3 to 6 months depending on transition length. This is followed by nine 12-month option years for a total potential duration of ten years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in the United States across various states and territories as well as potentially in OCONUS locations such as Germany and Japan.
