Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform refuse collection and recycling services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:
- Refuse pick-up and disposal: Four 8 cubic yard dumpsters serviced once a week.
- Recycling pick-up and disposal: Four 8 cubic yard dumpsters serviced once a week.
- Wood pick-up and disposal: One 15 cubic yard dumpster serviced once every three months.
- Bulky item pick-up and disposal: One 30 cubic yard dumpster serviced once every twelve months.

Pricing must include all fuel surcharges and any fees associated with the Growing Greener Act. Containers will be placed as directed by the onsite facility coordinator or Regional Facility Operations Specialist (RFOS). The contractor must maintain effective quality control to ensure compliance with the PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will begin on September 20, 2024, covering one base year with four optional years.
