This requirement is for Refuse & Recycling Services at IN075 (MS) with twelve (12) locations in Indiana. The period of performance is 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.

Quotes should be emailed to Ms. Deena Murphy at deena.l.murphy.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in Central Time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states.
The goal of this contract is to provide refuse and recycling services at twelve locations in Indiana, ensuring a clean and professional appearance for the dumpsters and surrounding areas.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform refuse and recycling services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Services include:
- Collection, transportation, and processing of refuse materials generated at twelve locations throughout Indiana.
- Maintenance of dumpsters/containers and surrounding areas to present a clean appearance.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding waste removal and disposal.
- No government-furnished property or equipment will be provided under this contract.

Period of Performance
1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025 with four option years and a six-month option to extend services.

Place of Performance
Twelve locations throughout the state of Indiana.
