Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) Services, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti   3

Background
The project consists of labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, equipment, and incidental services required to execute and document Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) Services for DLA-E capitalized fuels facilities and supporting infrastructure at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The work is required to be performed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-460-03 Petroleum Fuel Systems Maintenance for military land-based liquid petroleum fuel facilities. The contract requires a Contractor experienced in repair, maintenance, and operation of federal petroleum facilities and petroleum systems ensuring those systems are in compliance with codes, criteria, regulations, and laws of the United States/host nation (local and national). The preventative maintenance program shall also include Emergency Repair, Minor Repair, Emergency Environmental Support, and Records Management. The Contractor shall perform an annual assessment of facilities.

Work Details
The work includes various tasks such as Contractor Plans, Contractor Reports, Scheduled Recurring Maintenance (Camp Lemonnier), Unscheduled Minor Repair Service Orders (Camp Lemonnier), Annual Fuels Site Assessment (Camp Lemonnier), and Unscheduled Minor Repair Service Orders for Mobile Pantographs and Equipment (Camp Lemonnier). It also involves the submission of reports such as Installation Status Report, Site Specific Comprehensive Warranty Report, RMMR Status Reporting Requirements, Recurring Maintenance Reports, Service Order Process, Site Specific Final Summary Report. Additionally, it includes tasks related to Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) requirements and reporting of problems. The contract also outlines general requirements including Public Disclosures, Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Transportation, Access to Installation, U.S. Government Quality Assurance (QA), General Protection/Security Policy and Procedures and Access.

The construction projects will be performed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
