Background
This is a services contract to provide Professional Marketing Services for the AZ ARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The contract aims to help Recruiters meet the standard set forth by the Arizona Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion, resulting in qualified recruitment leads. The contractor shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide lead generation and management services under the direction of Government guidance. This includes managing and creating leads produced by different media platforms that are organized and quantitative, resulting in qualified recruitment leads. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including lead management system development, marketing campaign execution, training, consultation, market research, mapping, analytics support using GIS analytic best practices, and developing a marketing strategy that incorporates market research and analytics.
Additionally, the contractor will manage optichannel marketing campaigns using a mix of traditional and digital media such as direct mail, email, SMS, and custom audience social media.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for this contract is from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 with options for extensions up to 3 years (base plus 2).

Place of Performance
The performance shall be at Papago Park Military Reservation, 5636 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
