Background
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a mission-critical need for a Records Management System (RMS) to support the NGA Police Program Office.

The goal of this initiative is to enhance the management, storage, and retrieval of information related to incidents, arrests, evidence, personnel files, and other critical data to improve operational efficiency.

Work Details
The RFI seeks information on contractors capable of providing a Records Management System that meets the following requirements:
- The system must connect to various law enforcement systems including the Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System, Virginia Criminal Information Network, NCIC, Citrix connection capabilities, vehicle telematics connection to GSA Auto, Digital Data Exchange, National Data Exchange, and LEEP.
- The system must be 889 compliant and stored on an on-premises server.
- Responders should provide details about their capabilities to meet these requirements and any relevant experience in delivering similar services.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in St. Louis, MO and Springfield, VA.
