Rapid Acquisition of RF Threat Simulator (RATS)   4

A presolicitation notice for the Rapid Acquisition of RF Threat Simulator (RATS) acquisition was recently issued. Prior to posting the final solicitation, the 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron (EWS) is seeking input from industry. A draft RFP has been attached to this notice to facilitate feedback. Most of the documents are attached to this notice. However, the Statement of Work (SOW) and some of the other requirement documents contain protected/sensitive information and require special distribution. Thus, they will only be forwarded to qualified vendors who are registered and have an active certification in Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP) database. Please contact the listed points of contacts to request access to the aforementioned documents in the draft solicitation. All documents will be transmitted via encrypted e-mail or via AMRDEC SAFE website at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/. Foreign participation will not be permitted for this effort.
