The purpose of this modification is to update the BOA Guide, Source Selection Plan, SOW, submit the answers for the RFP questions, add the DCAF Reference Architecture, and extend the proposal deadline to 17 October 18.

The purpose of this modification is to remove "or the offerors performance record is unknown "from Section 4, Table 1 -Acceptable/Unacceptable Ratings for Technical Acceptability from the Source Selection Plan. SSP Version 3.0 is attached.

The United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Capability Development Group (CDG) has a recurring requirement for analytic support capabilities, to include analytic development, transition, and optimization. The analytic capabilities procured under this effort support cyber warfighters within the Department of Defense (DoD).
As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a minimum of two (2) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) and a maximum of ten (10) BOAs. The BOAs shall be basic agreements with no minimum ordering requirements.
