of approximately 40 hours. The rebuild will consist of draining and disposal of
coolant, removal of old radiator and components, the servicing and installation of
new equipment. Once complete, services will also include TA1 inspection

Background
The solicitation is for the rebuild of a radiator on a 140H Grader, including parts and labor of approximately 40 hours. The services will also include a TA1 inspection. The contract is issued by the Camp Roberts Department of Public Works (DPW) to provide emergency fire equipment services, and it is a one-time request.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform engine repair services, including the removal and installation of a radiator on a 140H Grader to bring the equipment to full mission status. Additionally, repairs to an emergency vehicle, Oshkosh Striker 3000 located in Los Alamitos, are required. The Camp Roberts Fire Departments serve as heavy equipment operators for out-of-control wildland fires. The 140H Grader is the only one that has the approved safety fire blankets installed as set forth by Cal-Fire Agreement 7761.4.3.
The period of performance is only a one-time request and will be at Camp Roberts in California.

The period of performance for this contract is from September 29, 2023, to October 31, 2023.

Place of Performance
The performance shall be at Camp Roberts, Bldg 914 Montana Street, Camp Roberts, CA 93451-5000.
