FY23 CVVHCS Document Shredding Requirement   3

Background
The Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVVHCS) requires services to shred and dispose of all sensitive paper materials and media destruction. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and other items and services necessary to perform shredding services at the CVVHCS to include the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Fredericksburg (Southpoint, Mary Washington and Massaponax), Emporia, Henrico and Charlottesville, VA.
Confidential materials shall be handled according to applicable local, state and federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform shredding and disposal of all sensitive paper materials and media destruction as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: One Base Year and Four Option Years.
Base Year: 1 November 2022 to 31 October 2023.
Option Year 1: 1 November 2023 to 31 October 2024.
Option Year 2: 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025.
Option Year 3: 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.
Option Year 4: 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.

Place of Performance
Place of Performance: The work will be performed at Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVHCS),1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, Virginia; Fredericksburg at Southpoint CBOC; Fredericksburg Mary Washington CBOC; Massaponax CBOC; Emporia CBOC; Charlottesville CBOC; Henrico CBOC.
