Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a Total Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation 36C25224Q0010 for Court Reporting Services for the Tomah VA Medical Center. The period of performance shall be for one (1) year and four (4) one (1) year options.

Work Details
The Court Reporter will provide necessary records required which are used for settlements or decisions that are binding and legal at the Tomah Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center. The Court Reporter services may be used but not be limited to, the following: Record and provide a record of testimony for Administrative Investigation Boards, Arbitrations or other third-party actions as deemed appropriate by the Medical Center Director.

The Contractor shall respond to the requirement notification of the facility within 24 hours via telephone or email. The transcripts shall be provided to the facility designated representative within one week of the completion of the investigation and/or hearing.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) year and four (4) one (1) year options.
