THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. If you are interested, please provide your Expression of Interest (EOI) via email with your Technical Capability and answering the questions in the attachment. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted. Background: The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The Contractor shall provide services on an on-call basis to and from the East Orange, Lyons, and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) for New Jersey VA Medical Center. The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service, The Department of Pharmacy Service, and CBOCs of the VA New Jersey Health Care System requires the services for courier to pick up and delivery of patient specimens, blood, blood products, and laboratory products - Reusable Medical Equipment (RME). Further, the Department of Sterile Processing Services (SPS) require courier services to pick up and deliver soiled and sterilized reusable medical equipment. The Contractor shall provide courier services to pick-up and deliver emergency medications for the NJ VA Healthcare System for Pharmacy Service. This service is a on an on-call/emergent basis throughout the VA Medical Centers in New Jersey area. The service is point to point with no deviations in route and medications must be kept inside a refrigerated compartment or normal room temperature between 59 to 77 Fahrenheit (15 to 25 Celsius). The contractor shall provide courier services to pick-up and deliver patient specimens, blood and blood products, reagents, and other laboratory products on an on-call basis to and from the NJ VA Healthcare System Laboratory Service which must be picked up and delivered within 45 minutes from the placement of request. This service is needed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
Background

Work Details
