Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), Internal Affairs Division (IAD) is seeking transcription services to transcribe digital audio or video recorded administrative investigation interviews. The goal is to ensure timely and highly accurate transcription work that supports the mission of the IAD, which is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This solicitation is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide transcription services for recorded interviews based on a 'Per Minute' rate, averaging 2000 minutes of transcription per month. All documents must be in Microsoft Word format and editable.

Transcriptions are required to be delivered within 48 hours due to the high priority of investigative cases. The Contractor must maintain a secure, user-friendly computer-based shared site for IAD staff access, ensuring all documents are encrypted during transport and storage. Each transcription must include speaker identification in a question-and-answer format, case title, page number, and identification of the transcription company. An accuracy level of 99%-100% is mandatory.

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; Option Year 1: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026; Option Year 2: January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027; Option Year 3: January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028; Option Year 4: January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2029.
