T4 On-Ramp

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 is holding an industry day to provide information on the forthcoming Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program opportunity for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). Industry day will be conducted via Microsoft Live Meeting and VA Nationwide Teleconferencing System (VANTS). A test run to assure access/connectivity will tentatively occur on December 5, 2012. Information regarding the test run will be made available to all registered attendees. The agenda will include briefings on the T4 Program, technical requirements, anticipated acquisition schedule, and proposed evaluation approach. This will be a one-day event on December 10, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The North American Industry Code for this acquisition is 541512. T4 is a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order contract with a $12B ceiling. T4 was awarded on June 30, 2011 and is currently comprised of 6 SDVOSB/VOSB and 9 large business prime awardees. Under the terms and conditions of the T4 solicitation and contract, the Government reserved the right to add SDVOSB and/or VOSB concerns as prime contractors, if any SDVOSB and/or VOSB T4 prime contractors no longer qualified as SDVOSB or VOSB concerns during the duration of the T4 program, as a result of being acquired by a non-SDVOSB or non-VOSB concern. At this time, the Government is exercising its right to add one or more SDVOSB/VOSB prime contractor(s) pursuant to the terms of the T4 contract. All attendees must be registered by December 3, 2012 to participate. Registration will be limited to 400 attendees. Additionally, one-on-one sessions between VA TAC and industry partners will be held telephonically during business hours on December 11-12, 2012. Each session will be limited to 30 minutes and time slots will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis with a maximum of 4 attendees per company. Recording the one-on-one session is strictly prohibited. All Industry Day information (briefings, follow up Q&A, attendee list, etc) will be posted publicly.
