Background
The contract is for technical quality assurance and statistical support for the Office of Research and Development at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The contractor will provide necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the performance work statement included in Attachment 1. Work will be ordered against the subject performance work statement through the issuance of task orders.

Work Details
The tasks under the contract include document and product reviews with fixed rates established per planning document and product document review conducted. The contractor shall adhere to the procedures set forth in its Quality Management Plan (QMP) dated to be inserted at the time of contract award. The contractor shall prepare and deliver reports, including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals as per the Performance Work Statement contained in Attachment 1 and the PWS Exhibits 1 – 4. Each report shall cite the contract number, identify the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as the sponsoring agency, and identify the name of the Contractor preparing the report.

Period of Performance
The period of performance of this contract shall be for an ordering period of 60 months from the date of contract award, exclusive of all required reports. Task Orders will have individual periods of performance that generally will not exceed 12 months in duration.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed is at the Office of Research and Development, US Environmental Protection Agency, 26 West Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati OH 45268.
