New Brunswick Laboratory (NBL) A-76 Study   46

The purpose of this notice is to provide updated information on the DOE New Brunswick Laboratory (NBL) A-76 Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP is scheduled for release on or about December 9, 2005. After release of the RFP, DOE will hold a site visit and pre-proposal conference in Argonne, Illinois on December 16, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Formal registration instructions are attached. Attendance is limited to no more than three persons from each firm or team. Following the pre-proposal conference, a list of attending firms will be posted on this IIPS site. Completed registration forms are required to be submitted through the DOE-IIPS website not later than December 12, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Please note that only U.S. citizens with the proper identification will be permitted to attend the site visit and conference. The RFP may be downloaded form the DOE-IIPS website when it becomes available at http://e-center.doe.gov/. Instructions on how to register and submit a response can be found on the help document at the DOE IIPS website listed above. TELEPHONE OR ELECTRONIC MAIL INQUIRIES MADE DIRECTLY TO DOE REGARDING THIS NOTICE AND THE RESULTING RFP WILL NOT RECEIVE RESPONSES. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this DOE-IIPS site for the release of any additional information, amendments to this notice, solicitation, or other related documents.
