Network Integration Engineering Facility (NIEF) Production Support Services   3

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) in support of the Product and System Production Branch, Code 42150, has identified a requirement for a production services support contract for the Networks Integration and Engineering Facility (NIEF) for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies' C4I, electronic, and/or computer systems. The general areas of focus for NIEF production services support include Production Management and Transition support, Integration and Fabrication support, System, Component, and Spares Procurement support and General NIEF Production support. Due to the nature of this requirement, contractors must beable to perform work at a contractor facility within 50 miles of SSC Pacific (53560 Hull Street, San Diego, CA 92152). Multiple awards are anticipated. The anticipated contract type will be Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with a one-year base period with a four one-year option periods. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLIN structure will be used. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million.
