Background
The solicitation number for this procurement is 140A0323R0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southern Plain Regional Office intends to award multiple Time-and-Material contracts in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southern Plains Regional Office, is soliciting offers for adult detention center services in western and northern Oklahoma. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-01 dated December 30, 2022.

Work Details
The Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) plans on soliciting and awarding multiple Time-and-Materials contracts for Adult Detention Center Services under Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Contractor shall provide safe and secure detention/correctional services at an established correctional institution facility in Western and/or Northern Oklahoma for inmates where care, control, concern, and program/services can be executed through programs and services the specific tasks as outlined herein and the Contractor’s policy and procedures.
