Background
The purpose of this special notice is to provide responses to the questions/feedback received as a result of the draft solicitation posted on September 21, 2023 via Notice ID FTA_2024_PMO_0003 titled Pre-Solicitation Draft Request for Proposal Project Management Oversight (PMO) IDIQ Contract.

Work Details
The draft RFP includes Minimum Personnel Requirements for various labor categories. The final solicitation will contain revised descriptions for Tunnel Engineer, Billing Instructions, and updated OPs.
The resume template in Attachment J-2 is a template only, and the number of project entries to be included on each resume is to be determined by the contractor. A facility clearance will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The Offeror can provide examples of corporate experience information for active or complete 'relevant/recent' contracts/task orders and/or subcontracts directly related to the services identified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from 2024 to 2029.
