Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking staffing services for the Charleston Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in North Charleston, South Carolina and Ladson, South Carolina. The CMOP supports all fifty states, Washington D. C., Puerto Rico, and US Territories and processes over 130 million prescriptions per year. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) IAW VAAR 819-70.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Pharmacist/Pharmacist Technicians, Shippers/Packers for the Charleston CMOP.
The Contractor shall provide Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Shipper/Packer services to the VA CMOP. The contractor must supply all management, supervision, and labor necessary to provide non-personal staffing services to support operations at the CMOPs in North Charleston and Ladson. The estimated staffing requirements include 27 Pharmacist FTEE per day, 65 Certified Pharmacy Technician FTEE per day, 60 Non-Certified Pharmacy Technician FTEE per day, and 113 Shipper/Packer FTEE per day.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2028. It includes five ordering periods from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024; April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025; April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026; April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027; and April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes the Charleston CMOP (766) at North Charleston and the new CMOP (766A) being built in Ladson.
