Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 04 (NCO4), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with VALOR HEALTHCARE, INC., 5000 SPECTRUM DR, STE 1200 W, ADDISON, TEXAS, 75001, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System is currently receiving contracted primary care Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services from Valor Healthcare, Inc., at the contractor s site in Westmoreland County, PA. VA is currently transitioning provision of CBOC care for Westmoreland County VA beneficiaries from a contracted CBOC model to a leased facility staffed by VA personnel, and as such, the program office does not have a need for a new long-term CBOC service contract. In order to maintain continuity of care for Westmoreland County VA beneficiaries pending transition to a long-term VA-staffed lease model, the government intends to negotiate a one-year sole source contract with the incumbent contractor. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 08/21/2023 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
