Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the provision of Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services in Alamogordo, NM, as part of the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS). The goal of this contract is to integrate behavioral health into routine primary care through Primary Care-Mental Health Integration (PC-MHI) services, which are essential for enhancing the overall health and well-being of veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing PC-MHI services as part of Primary Care, not as a separate mental health service. These services will be delivered on-site by qualified staff under the PACT Model using 300-series stop codes. The contractor is expected to furnish these integrated services, ensuring that they are bundled under Primary Care and not listed separately. A separate mental health line item applies only when general or specialty mental health services are provided under 500-series MH stop codes and billed independently using CPT codes. Proposals must refer to Amendment 0005 and include the 'Schedule of Service and Price (Revised)' document when submitted.
