Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation is for the USDA Forest Service, Pike - San Isabel National Forests, Cimarron - Comanche National Grasslands (PSICC) requiring Dispatch Answering Services for Fires and Emergencies. The contract is a total small business set aside with a code of 561421 and a Small Business Size Standard of $19.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 24-hour answering services, training of call takers to handle a wide variety of emergency calls, understand Pueblo Dispatch Coverage which includes multiple counties and federal agencies, accurately record information for on-call dispatchers, develop a CAD system, and assign a project manager as the key personnel and point of contact.
