Background
FEMA is seeking the procurement of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Contracts for professional and non-professional services as a follow-on to the Public Assistance – Technical Assistance Contract (PA-TAC) IV, which is scheduled to expire on January 26, 2024.
