Provo and PG Janitorial   2

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, is issuing this contract for janitorial services at the Provo Area Office located at 302 East Lakeview Parkway, Provo, Utah, and the BR-91 facility at 315 West 1100 North, Pleasant Grove, Utah.

The objective is to maintain cleanliness and prolong the life of building materials and fixtures in these facilities. The Provo Area Office is a one-story building built in 1985 with approximately 46,000 square feet requiring cleaning maintenance. The Pleasant Grove facility is newly constructed with an office space of about 1,000 square feet.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform janitorial services as follows:
- Daily cleaning services at the Provo Area Office.
- Cleaning services twice per week at the Pleasant Grove office.
- Services exclude weekends and legal holidays unless otherwise indicated.
- Cleaning operations must be designed to maintain and prolong the life of building materials and fixtures due to their age and type.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026; Option Period I: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027; Option Period II: 07/01/2027 – 06/30/2028; Option Period III: 07/01/2028 – 06/30/2029; Option Period IV: 07/01/2029 – 06/30/2030.
