Provision and Installation of Kone Elevator

U.S. Embassy Islamabad, Pakistan intends to initiate a sole source procurement action to procure ADA compliant with new state of the art controls Kone Freight Elevator for its warehouse. The total estimated amount is over $250,000.00 for this acquisition. A 2% Zadroga Act tax shall be applied. In the coming week, the post will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to M/S Duncan Stratton, authorized Kone distributor for Pakistan to invite quotation for said Freight Elevator. The resultant procurement action will include provision, installation, and commissioning of the elevator in a certain timeframe. The Contractor will provide the elevator along with all labor and materials required to perform the installation and commissioning of the elevator. The contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.
