This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested.

Background
The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam (USNH Guam) is seeking to procure Biofire Film Array Kits and related maintenance services. This requirement supports the hospital's mission to provide timely and effective medical care to its beneficiaries through advanced diagnostic testing. The contract aims to ensure the availability and operational efficiency of Biofire Film Array equipment, which is critical for various PCR testing procedures.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following products and services:

1. **Biofire Film Array Kits**:
- **BioFire FilmArray RP2.1 De Novo Panel Kit** (Item ID 423742) - 21 boxes (30 test kits per box)
- **BioFire FilmArray Blood Culture Identification 2 (BCID2) Panel** - 21 boxes (30 test kits per box)
- **BioFire Film Array GI Panel Kit** - 8 boxes (30 test kits per box)
- **Biofiber Film Array ME Panel Kit** - 8 boxes (30 test kits per box)
- Control Panels including RP2.1/RP2.1 Plus Control Panel, BCID2 Control Panel, GI Control Panel, and ME Control Panel in specified quantities.

2. **Maintenance Services**:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Repairs on Biofire Film Array Equipment including:
- Biofire Film Array Torch Base with 4 modules
- Two Biofire Film Array 2.0 analyzers
- All maintenance must adhere to OEM specifications, FDA, and CDC guidelines.
- Provide loaner equipment if repairs cannot be performed on-site.
- Ensure all labor is conducted by qualified technicians with OEM training.

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 31, 2025 – January 30, 2026; Option Year One: January 31, 2026 – January 30, 2027; Option Year Two: January 31, 2027 – January 30, 2028; Option Year Three: January 31, 2028 – January 30, 2029; Option Year Four: January 31, 2029 – January 30, 2030.
