AMENDMENT 03 for PATI is attached. Phase Two proposal date has not changed, and remains at 45 days after receipt of Notice per the RFP.

AMENDMENT 02 for PATI is attached. Phase One proposal date extended until February 8, 2021 at 10:00 am Eastern Time.

AMENDMENT O1 for PATI is attached.

The purpose of this anticipated five year contract is to provide technical services to implement the Prosper Africa Trade and Investment (PATI) activity and thereby support an increase in mutually beneficial economic growth, trade, and investment between the United States and African countries, while also supporting USAID priorities, including Private Sector Engagement and Financing Self-Reliance. This is expected to be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) term (level of effort) type contract which will provide field support and include mission funding.

The Government intends to conduct the evaluation and selection process in two phases. This is a voluntary down select process as described in the solicitation. All offeror's responding to Phase One are eligible to continue to Phase Two. Please see the solicitation for full details.

Background
