This notice provides the limited source justification issued under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).

This posting is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).

This requirement is to sustain and manage the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Planning, Research & Evaluation (OPRE), Promising Occupations website while obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) from the Office of the Chief Information Officer (ACF Tech) .

Background
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is seeking to sustain and manage the Promising Occupations website, which serves Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) case managers, employment service providers, and job seekers.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the website remains operational while obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) from the Office of the Chief Information Officer within ACF Tech.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for: maintaining the current Promising Occupations website; obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) in the ACF environment; transitioning website data into a Government server.

The website aims to help users identify occupations that can be attained through short-term education or training, which are projected to grow and provide family-sustaining wages.
