Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture Tranche 3 Program Integrator Presolicitation notice   3

Background
The Space Development Agency (SDA) is issuing a presolicitation notice for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture, Tranche 3 Program Integration (T3PI). The goal of this acquisition is to enable the delivery of Tranche 3 Space Vehicle Transport, Tracking, and Custody Layers, along with their integration with the existing Ground Segment, Space Segment, and User Segment.

Work Details
The scope of the T3PI acquisition includes system engineering and integration support activities. Specific tasks include:

a. Enterprise Architecture Analysis;
b. Program Requirements Assessment and Management;
c. Program Integration and Verification Management;
d. Program Configuration Management;
e. Engineering Support Program Schedule Management;
f. Program Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management;
g. Program Trades and Technical Assessments;
h. Directed Trade Studies;
i. Technical Reviews.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the contract is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2030.
