Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT)

Background
The Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) system is seeking potential vendors with expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide technical support and services, system analysis, design, development, deployment, and maintenance. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify and document capable sources of supply for an appropriate acquisition strategy decision. PMRT is a suite of enterprise applications designed to support AF program and financial management, acquisition reporting and supervisory oversight. The system is currently hosted by Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (ALTESS) in Radford, VA and is in the process of migrating to the Cloud One.

Work Details
The tasks include providing technical support for all current and future PMRT applications, sustainment support for all current and future interface partners, training and operations support for all current and future PMRT applications, test and evaluation support for all current and future PMRT applications, hosting support and system optimization/enhancement analyses,

cybersecurity expertise in support of Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and Risk Management Framework (RMF), development and deployment support for all future PMRT system enhancements, refactoring expertise to support the moving of PMRT to the AF CCE,

onboarding/integrating other vendors’ system capabilities into the PMRT framework, increasing system capacity to anticipate future growth and expansion,

implementing best practices for system configuration management, change management, and associated system documentation.
