Project Management Essential Training

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3 and the clauses at 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition; no addenda are attached.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Project Management Essential Training services consisting of three separate training events, each event consisting of eight instructor-led hours of training per day for three consecutive days, totaling twenty-four instructor-led hours of training per event.
The training events will cover topics such as Basic Project Management Framework, Project Initiation, Project Plan, Execution & Stakeholders, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing.
The Contractor shall provide an Instructor who has received PMP certification from PMI and is fully capable to lead a Project Management Essentials training event.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from February 12, 2024 to May 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at multiple locations including On-Site at Point Loma Naval Base in San Diego, CA; Live Virtual-Online via Microsoft Teams; and On-Site at the Drexler Manor Conference Center located on Joint Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, VA.
