AMENDMENT 0003:

This amendment is being issued to provide clarification to vendors in section L notes, to update the SOW sections 3.1.13 and 4.2, to
incorporate the corrected versions of B008 the Acceptance Test Plan and B028 the Environmental Stress Screening Acceptance Test Plan
and Procedure, to add CDRL A012, Formal Qualification Test Description, to the GFI schedule C, in section J herein, that w as inadvertently
omitted, to increase the number of pages of the technical volume I, of section L clause CNIN-L-0002 f rom 40 pages to 45 pages, to correct
CDRL C003 that inadvertently referenced an non existing section of the SOW and to edit the stepladder pricing table in section B herein to
reflect the proper years. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. See summary of changes herein.
