Production for KIK-11 TKL

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA).

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Requirements Contract for the production of the Tactical Key Loader, KIK-11, NSN: 5895-01-608-2278, P/N: KIK-11 and engineering support and training for the KIK-11, to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), L3 Harris Technologies Inc., 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610, Cage Code 14304. The proposed contract action is for the production of these assets for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source In Accordance With (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by end of Septbmer 2023. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) business days of this publication. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classification, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
